I love this girl! She has helped Maddie use the potty, given hours of endless TV/Video enjoyment, lots of reading pleasure, and expanded her vocabulary. It's a shame when Abby has taken 7 months of weekly Spanish lessons and Maddie has a better Spanish vocabulary. Instead of yes she says Si!, she prefers to count in Spanish, says Salta! when she jumps, and this morning she grabbed my hand and said
Vamonos! Let's go Mom. And we HAVE to read 2-3 Dora stories a night. I love you Dora!
Abby and I took a ride over to our local consignment ship where we stocked up on some more Dora paperback books (75 cents each!) and a Dora and horses/farm playset (only 7 bucks!). Maddie was so excited when got home...but mainly about her "new" books!!
