Maddie is growing by leaps and bounds. Verbally she is speaking extremely well and in almost full sentences. Physically she is running and hopping and more active. Her facial expressions are more expansive and appropriate. Silverware is always used and drinking out of cups. And no more Pull Ups (except at night) as we are fully potty trained!She moves to her new class May 31st where it will be more structured and she will delve into learning to count and her alphabet. The crafts will get a bit more technical. I am hoping she will transition OK. We met with the St. Tammany Parish School Board this week as Maddie will transition out of Early Steps at 3. Unfortunately she passed all the testing. They do think she might qualify for VI (Visual Aid) because of her eye problems due to optical nerve damage. W
