Tonight Abby received her earned patches and Cookies Sales incentives. She will be "bridging" out of Brownies and into Girl Scouts Juniors!! She will transition with about half the girls in the troop. I am proud of her and what she has accomplished. We have a few activities planned over the summer like two parties in June, a trip to the Audubon Insectarium in July, and hopefully a camping trip in August. Please keep our troop leader, Kari, in your prayers as she is battling breast cancer right now and begins Chemo next week. She has an aggressive form so thoughts and prayers are needed for her husband and their 6 children. Thank you.
