Granny, Maddie and I went to Home Depot this weekend to buy new flowers.   Maddie was scouting out flowers that require full sun and low maintenance.  Somehow she is well aware of my black thumb as she told me not to buy these, you will just kill them.  Hate to say it but she is right.  We found some hearty shrubbery that I hope will survive.

As proof of my inability to grow plants take a look at this poor thing.  Maddie watering for me but I am not sure there is hope.   (don't ask about Mickey Mouse hat as I havr no idea).
