New shoes

Maddie was excited Tuesday morning when I pulled out the saddle oxfords with laces.  No more velcro shoes.  She told me she looked like a big girl and she will have same shoes as her friends.  I am surprised how much the kids pick up on and how much they are aware of.....something as simple as shoes really put a skip in her step!

I told Gerald nothing like a new pair of shoes to make a girl happy.
