Maddie working on her handwriting and letters. She will be starting at Lake Castle Pre K in the fall. I cannot believe my baby girl is starting school soon. Where has the time gone.....I recall when we found out about Maddie's condition I never would have guessed she would be going to Lake Castle. I thought for sure she would be in some type of special needs class. I am so thrilled with the therapies she received from Early Steps and her wonderful school and teachers at Kidz Klub House....it really has been a blessing. Verbally she is very advanced, physically she is pretty close to her peers, socially she seems to be doing much better, and academically she is doing fine. She is still having trouble with letter recognition but I think by the time school starts she should be good to go. We are working with her at home and her Leap Pad has been very helpful.
