Laying in bed with Maddie last night she all of a sudden pops up and says "aw damn, forgot to brush my teeth". As we get up from the bed I ask what she said and I said she needed to come up with a better word to use. Matter of factly she says "aw shit?". I try my best not to laugh and take a disciplinary tone and replied no, that is a bad word. She replies "aw crap?". OK, by this time I have to laugh and just tell her to say "aw poop" or say nothing at all is better. Just go brush your teeth!!
The things she comes up with, I love this kid....even if she has a potty mouth (like her mother).
