Reading Books

my favorite memory is when abby was old enough to read ME a story. you know, that book that you read everyday and your child has memorized it and can recite it. well, maddie has reached that point.

we have read teddy bear teddy bear & dora's penny the pony's big race over and over. so much so that maddie will turn the pages and read (sort of) to me. i am lovin' it!

maddie is also learning some spanish thanks to her dora books. she can count from 1 to 5 (to 10 with some help), knows rojo is red, and a few other spanish words. teddy bear book is teaching her how to say her prayers.
