Great Wolf Lodge....

The girls & I returned today from the trip to Great Wolf Lodge with Poppie & KK.....we had a great time!! The kids had a wonderful time and were kept very busy. The indoor water park is amazing with its 7 indoor waterslides and lazy river, wave pool, large play/swimming pool, and huge kiddie area. The outdoor area contained 2 more waterslides, a huge pool area for little ones up to the older crowd.

In between pool time there was Cub Camp, kids bingo, treasure hunting, arcade, Scoops kids spa, nightime story telling in your PJ's (Ms. Bree selected Abby & Maddie to help with "crowd control" last night and help welcome Wiley the Wolf to story time). For kids Abby's age & older was Magi Quest. A virtual game that sent kids roaming through all 8 floor of the lodge searching for clues and "treasures" so they could earn "runes". Hard to explain but it was fun seeing kids (and their exhausted & sweating parents/grandparents) roaming through the lodge in search of their treasures to earn the runes. Abby & KK was able to earn 4 runes. The lodge and guest room decor was enchanting, enormous, and adorable.

If you have kiddos between 2 and 12 you wight want to look into spending your vacation there. It was awesome and offered so much for the kids it was amazing. I would highly recommend it. Check it out....located in Grapevine, TX. http://greatwolf.com/grapevine

Will post pics later as my camera died the 1st day & lodge was out of disposable cameras, so I did not get any pictures until day 2. I was sooo upset...saw so many cute photo opportunities not captured. Never buying another Kodak camera!! Thanks to Aunt Lori for spending the afternoon with us on Sunday & bringing me a disposable camera.
